You have an amazing opportunity to take few hours of your time to learn photography and be able to take photographs like a professional. Portfolio-based practices! Is the highlight of the course and involves a practical shoot with a styled model under Vera’s direction and guidance. We will spend a whole day learning how to use your camera, how to direct a model, how to shoot in different lighting situations, and so much more!

Course details:

• Class presentation covering fundamental aspects of portrait photography. 
• You get to participate in and direct a practical shoot, covering all the most important portrait lighting setups.
• Small groups with a maximum of 12 attendees.

What to take:

• Your camera, lenses, battery charger and memory cards.

• Suitable for all. This workshop assumes no prior knowledge of photography.

About Vera Bardo

A truly international world-class photographer. Vera spends the summers as a resident of Spain and visits Dubai, during the winter wedding season - where she comes to photograph regional Royal Weddings. In 2016-17 she was a finalist in the famed Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize with her work being displayed in London's National Portrait Gallery. Vera has also photographed for the likes of Sir John Madejski and the Dalai Lama.
